The district of Hai Ha has held its Ethnic Culture and Sports Festival 2023 with the participation of  11 communes and towns in this locality.

Within the framework of festival, there were some cultural and sports programs such as a singing celebration, a program on introducing new songs about Hai Ha district, an exhibition of OCOP products, an exhibition of pictures and paintings "Local landscape, culture and people" and various folk games like stick push, tug of war, air volleyball.

A trade fair was held within the festival.

Folk games attracted a lot of locals and tourists.
